Opening Concert

The 2012 Marmalade Festival kicks off on Thursday 23rd February with a musical evening in the Falcon Mews.

Music comes from Nonny James with support from Tony Burt and his band, together with one of the famous Falcon hot buffets.

Nonny plays an amazing mixture of blues, her own songs and humorous material from writers such as Victoria Wood. She’s a terrific singer and accomplished keyboard player and provides great entertainment.

Tony Burt is behind the “Bromyard Sessions” music that appears in the Rose & Lion every Sunday and the bar at the Falcon every Tuesday. His band comprises guitars, double bass, fiddle, melodeon, whistle and percussion and is probably best described as “folk rock”.

Full details and ticket arrangements will be published shortly.
